3 ounces apple juice
1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
1 small banana
1 scoop Vanilla Whey protein powder
1 cup ice cubes
Pour ingredients into blender and blend on high until mixture is completely smooth and frothy.
Pour into tall glass and enjoy!
