Pepper Nachos

6 cups tortilla or nacho chips
2 cups grated Monerey Jack or Mild Cheddar Cheese
1/2 - 3/4 cup Bicks's Hot Pepper Relish
relish
sour cream
salsa
1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. Place tortilla chips in single layer in large baking pan or cookie sheet with sides. Sprinkle cheese over chips and scatter small spoonfuls of relish on top.
3. Bake in preheated oven, 7 minutes, or until hot.

Serve with sour cream and salsa.

Note:  For an extra spicy dip, mix equal parts sour cream and Bick’s Hot Pepper Relish.

Makes: approximately 6 servings
